Urvashi’s Golfing career spans 25 years. Over the course of this career, she has won several Indian national events including the All India Ladies Championship. She represented India at numerous international events including the 13th Asian Games and the Queen Sirikit Cup (1994, 1996, 1998). She has been part of victorious Indian teams at the Thailand Ladies Open, the Singapore Open and the Malaysian Open.
Urvashi has been a Golf professional since 2005. She has conducted individual and group lessons at various Golf Clubs in Mumbai, India (Wellington Golf Club, Bombay Presidency Golf Club and the United Services Golf Club). Urvashi recently relocated to Hong Kong and is now conducting lessons with legendary Golf Academy
Urvashi is certified as a Teaching Professional by the Indian National Golf Academy – under the Indian Golf Union and the PGAI supported by the PGA of Europe and the Royal & Ancient Golf Club.
In 1996 while living in Melbourne, Urvashi worked with M/s Drummond Golf, Australia’s leading Golf Store and also did a course in Sports Psychology.
